  They have a severe problem to give back YOUR money when you order a drink. Usually the good way is the bar should give you a token when you get a drink and then you give back to cloakroom once you finish together with the empty cap. The real stuff is the bar never give the token for your caps (unless you explicitly request- and they start to get angry) then at the cloakroom you again has to struggle to receive the money back). That is the way how they make the money over there…so they don’t want you to get back YOUR cash (approx 1€ per cap-300f). I got aggressively punched by a security guy yesterday because they didn’t want give me back the money the second time (they said to me only one time). Went to hospital and police case opened against them. Watch out!
